The first phase is The Palace, a seven-star hotel completed in 15 months with F.F.E ready for soft opening. The second phase is the Arabian courtyard completed in 18 months with wide landscaping. The two phases extends over one kilometre at the seacoast Al Sufouh Dubai, adjacent to the Palm island entrance.
